Naturally Birkenstock / Red Wings Boots

My husband and I bought shoes from here. The man who helped us was patient and answered all our questions. Service is great and so is the Birkenstock selection! My husband bought a pair of work boots, and the guy who helped us took the time to help my husband find a good pair of work boots that will help him with his feet and back problems. Highly recommend this place.

1st time in this location and had the BEST service i could ever ask for. Romy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. I mentioned i had plantar Fasciitis and she totally helped me find the right shoes and insoles. Mahlo Romy

Very limited selection of red wing boots in stock. Sales lady didn't measure my feet or open the boxes she handed me. Called several times over the past 2 days during business hours. Busy yesterday and went straight to voicemail today. Not feeling like a happy customer. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Well it's been a month and I just found out that my boots are back ordered. I have been calling weekly for updates and I just found out today that they are back ordered. I was originally told it would be 2 weeks until I had my boots. I was also led to believe that my boots would be shipped on Monday of this week and I went in today for a status update. I was informed that they were on back order and that there was no estimate of shipping date. WHY DID IT TAKE MONTH TO TELL ME MY BOOTS WERE BACK ORDERED?? I am not sure where these great reviews have come from....I would guess from friends and family, not he customers. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. sAVE YOURSELF AND GO TO ANOTHER STORE.

A little pricey but had a good variety for the size of the store. My husband found work shoes and I found orthopedic flips. The best part was we didn't have to drive far for once for something we really needed.
